Amid rumours of Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma’s breakup, it has now been revealed what might have caused tension between the two stars. If a recent report by Siasat Daily is to be believed, the rift between Tamannaah and Vijay started as the former was feeling the pressure to settle down.
Reportedly, Tamannaah, who is in her mid 30s, was keen on tying the knot and was growing impatient. The news portal claimed that this became a “point of contention” between the two actors and caused several “frequent disagreements”. However, News18 could not independently verify the claims.

Earlier this week, a Pinkvilla report claimed that the ‘Lust Stories 2’ actors parted ways. A source told the entertainment portal that they have maintained mutual respect and admiration for each other and plan to remain good friends. “Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma parted ways weeks ago as a couple but they plan to remain good friends. Both have been working hard in their respective schedules,” the source said. However, neither Tamannaah nor Vijay have commented on the matter as of now.
When Did Tamannaah Bhatia And Vijay Varma Start Dating?
Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma began dating in 2022. They were seen together in Sujoy’s Ghosh’s segment in Netflix’s ‘Lust Stories 2’, which premiered in June 2023. After months of speculation, Tamannaah finally confirmed their relationship in an interview with film Companion, in June 2023.
Later, Vijay Varma shared that they announced their relationship because he did not want to ‘cage’ his feelings. “I think we were both aligned on the fact that if we like to spend time together and if we like each other, then there is no need to hide this. It takes a lot of effort to hide a relationship. You cannot go out together, your friends cannot click your photos. I don’t like such restrictions. It wasn’t like I wanted to be out there, but I just didn’t want to be caged. I didn’t want to cage my feelings,” Vijay told Shubhankar Mishra on his YouTube channel.
