When it comes to looking after our joints, we tend to focus on our hips and knees, forgetting to pay attention to our ankles. Yet they matter more than you think — our bodies rely on our ankles for good posture, stability and shock absorption when jumping or running. Niggles and chronic pain all over the body can often all be traced back to weak, stiff ankles.
