Tata Altroz Facelift Launch – What’s New


Tata has now teased the upcoming Altroz facelift model. Looking at the teaser one thing that we can say is that your favourite hatch is not hotter! Talking about the new details, the hatch gets a significant overhaul on the outside. On the front it features new Luminate LED headlamps along with eye-brow like LED DRLs, new bumper and a new design for the grille. At the rear, it gets new LED tail lamps connected by an LED light bar, dual-tone shade.

The facelifted Altroz sits on a new set of alloy wheels, also not to forget it gets flush type door handles that illuminate, however, the rear door handles will be on the C-pillar. Moreover, the upcoming hotter hatch is expected to come with new colour options.
Interior


The Indian automaker has just teased the exterior of the model; interior is still behind the wrap. However, looking at the changes on the outside, we expect it to get a revised dashboard on the inside with new soft-touch material and new options for the upholstery. Features-wise, the model could offer some premium features from its Racer series.

Tata Altroz Facelift Launch – What Else?


Mechanically, the Altroz is expected to continue with same powertrain options – it includes a 1.2-litre petrol engine, 1.5-litre diesel engine, moreover the 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine from the racer will also be retained. Talking about its launch, the new Altroz facelift is expected to launch on May 22. However, industry sources suggest that the Indian automaker might reveal all the details of the model by 9 May, while its deliveries and bookings will follow by. Talking about its pricing, the new model will see a slight bump in price over its current pricing!
