The iQOO Neo 10 runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 Mobile Platform. According to the company, the chipset delivers up to 31% better CPU and 49% GPU performance over previous generations, with an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 2.42 million. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
The device also features iQOO’s proprietary Supercomputing Chip Q1, which is said to offload visual and rendering tasks to improve frame stability, enhance video playback with MEMC tech, and deliver ultra-smooth gaming experiences, including support for 144 FPS frame interpolation.
To ensure thermal efficiency during heavy tasks, the Neo 10 also comes with a vapour chamber. This system combines graphite film, thermal gel, and nine temperature sensors to manage heat effectively.
The Neo 10 sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 5,500 nits. The dual stereo speakers and IP65 water-and-dust resistance rating enhance its multimedia and durability credentials.
The smartphone houses a 7,000mAh Silicon BlueVolt battery, which supports 120W FlashCharge technology, allowing users to go from 1% to 50% in just 19 minutes and reach a full charge in 36 minutes. It also features bypass charging for heat control during intense usage.
For photography, the Neo 10 features a 50MP Sony OIS primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP front camera that supports 4K 60FPS video recording. It includes Super Night Mode, AI-enhanced features, and professional-grade portrait options with multiple focal lengths.
Running on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15, the phone includes several AI features such as AI Image Expander, Live Cutout, Circle to Search, and AI Erase. iQOO promises three years of Android updates and four years of security updates, with performance guaranteed for up to five years.

The iQOO Neo 10 will be available starting at ₹31,999 (8+128GB) and goes up to ₹40,999 for the 16GB+512GB variant.
