Conservative influencer Ashley St Clair has filed a paternity suit against tech mogul Elon Musk and get sole custody of her five-month-old son she claims is the child of the Tesla and X boss.

St Clair filed the petitions in the Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday to take legal action against the tech tycoon following her bombshell claims that Musk was the father of her child. Musk has refused to lend credence to the allegations so far.

St. Clair claims she and Musk conceived the child during a January 2024 trip to St. Barths, according to the New York Post. She asked the court to issue an order requiring Musk, 53, to submit to a genetic test to determine if he is the father.

The court filing contains a photo of Musk holding an infant and flirtatious texts allegedly exchanged between the two. In a separate petition for custody, St Clair claims Musk was not present for the child’s birth and has only met the baby on three occasions – twice in Manhattan, where she lives, and once in Texas.

What Did Elon Musk Say In Those Leaked Texts?

In one text exchange in the paternity petition, St Clair shared a photo of herself and her newborn with a person who was saved as ‘EM’ (Musk’s credentials) on her phone. “All well?” EM says, to which Ashley responds, “He is perfect.”

“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend,” EM responds. “Falling asleep. How the recovery goes well.” In another exchange between the two, the Tesla boss lamented that he receives “credible death threats everyday.”

St Clair responded by saying, “That’s why the father spot on his birth certificate is blank right now, E.” In a separate, flirter text, EM writes, “I want to knock you up again,” after St. Clair sent a picture of herself.

A final text exhibit shows St. Clair sending a large block of text to EM, asking to meet in person due to communication struggles. “Hmm ok,” EM said, “Well, I do have a legion of kids to make.”

Musk’s lawyer did not immediately return a request for comment. The world’s richest man, already the father of 12 children from different relationships, did not respond directly to St Clair’s allegations, but reacted to a different post which claimed that the conservative influencer tried to “baby trap” him by saying, “whoa”.

In a now-deleted response to Musk’s reaction, St Clair wrote, “Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded. When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old.”
