Golfer & Model Paige Spirinac In Two-Piece Stuns At The Grass League — Celebwell


Paige Spirinac is one of the hottest names in golf. She’s considered the sport’s top influencer, and has a large following on Instagram. Last month, she attended the Grass League, and wore a red two-piece set of workout gear, looking stunning. Paige shared a set of photos on Instagram from the day. She captioned them, “Great day watching some amazing golf day 1 at the @grassleague! Golf is obviously one of the ways Paige keeps herself in shape. She shared her tips for improving her game in this video on Instagram. Paige captioned the post, “How to get better at golf! Here are a couple easy course management tips to help you lower your scores⛳️ I know we want to always play aggressively but playing smart and disciplined is the way to go!”

 

Paige does a lot of lower body workouts to keep herself in shape. In this video on her Instagram, she shared one of her favorite workouts to improve her golf game. Paige is seen doing swings while on a towel. She captioned the post, “Here’s an easy at home drill you can do to work on using ground force! Using your legs in your swing will help you hit it longer and more consistent!⛳️”

 

Paige answered some diet and workout questions from her Instagram followers on her story, as reported by Sports Illustrated. She says that she currently practices intuitive eating. “Right now, I feel like I am the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been, and so for me, it’s intuitive eating and not restricting myself… If I want to have something, I’ll have it. Always in moderation.”

 

On her Instagram stories, as reported by Sports Illustrated, Paige also shared some of her go-to workouts. She says that she does a variety of different things to stay in shape. “I’ve been lifting, I’ve been doing Pilates, yoga, cycling… I think that’s fun to keep it interesting and different, so like trying new things, listening to your body and seeing what works for you.”

 

In a separate Instagram story Q&A, as reported by Men’s Journal, Paige revealed that she intermittently fasts. “I’ve actually dropped almost like 12 pounds and I’m really focusing on intermittent fasting. I do a 16 hour fast every single day, and I do weight training at least three times per week … I do classes like pilates or Reformer, Lagree twice a week, and then I try to walk at least 20 miles, as well, per week.”
