Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover daughter Devi turned 2 years old on November 12 and the doting parents celebrated the special occasion in a grand way. Bipasha shared many glimpses from the day on social media, flaunting how the couple spent the day with the little munchkin. Bipasha and Karan also organised a lovely party for their daughter on the beach while the youngster enjoyed herself to the fullest.
In the latest video shared by Bipasha Basu on her Instagram handle, little Devi could be seen twirling on the beach wearing a pretty white birthday dress and ballerina shoes. The colourful cake was also kept on the side along with the area decorated tastefully with balloons and a big Happy Birthday banner. Later, she was also seen playing with the sand and smiling brightly towards the camera. In the caption, Bipasha wrote, “Our cub – Simba is 2. Hakuna Matata is Our Way of Life.”
Earlier, Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover shared another charming video of Devi on their Instagram accounts as well. The young girl was trying to sing along to the classic children’s song I love you mommy and made adorable expressions in the process. She was dressed in the same white frilly birthday outfit, her hair tied back halfway and secured with a matching bow clip in the rear. Bipasha and Karan shared a video of Devi, sharing how time flew. “No idea how time flew… Today Devi is 2 She is pure Joy. Thank you all for sending her so much love and warm wishes Durga Durga #deviturns2,” they wrote in the caption.
Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover, who met while filming the film Alone, married in April 2016. They welcomed their first child, daughter Devi, on November 12, 2022.
On the professional front, Bipasha Basu was last in Alone and since then, she has been on a break from films. Karan Singh Grover was last seen in Fighter alongside Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. He will next appear in filmmaker Ankush Bhatt’s thriller Firrkie, which also stars Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Kay Kay Menon.
