Karan Veer Mehra had openly confessed his feelings for Chum Darang in the Bigg Boss 18 house.
Love, drama and entertainment – Bigg Boss 18 served it all on a sizzling platter to us. The season finally concluded last night, January 19, 2025, with Karan Veer Mehra lifting the winner’s trophy along with a cash prize of Rs 50 lakh. The dashing actor not only clinched the title but also won millions of hearts with his swoon-worthy chemistry with co-contestant Chum Darang, also one of the six finalists of Bigg Boss 18.
In an exclusive conversation with News18, the man of the moment, Karan Veer Mehra, spilled the beans on life after Bigg Boss, his journey in the house, and his relationship with Chum Darang. “I am very happy and excited. I always knew I will win the trophy. The first thing I’ll do after going home is sleep,” said Karan.
He added, “Every day in the house was very memorable for me. It was a great equation.”
The Bigg Boss house is no stranger to romance, but Karan and Chum’s story felt like something out of a dreamy rom-com. From playful banter during kitchen duties to intense support in challenging tasks, their bond was unmissable. When asked if he will continue his romantic bond with Chum outside the house, Karan blushed and said, “Woh to wahi batayegi aab. Main to ready hu.”
In one of the episodes, Chum and Karan had got locked into the bathroom of Bigg Boss 18 and that video spread like wildfire. In another instance, a viral clip showed them getting ‘cozy’ under the blanket. In fact, Karan has openly expressed his feelings for Chum on national television but the latter has been a bit hesitant.
Other contestants who were a part of the finale besides Karan were Vivian Dsena, Rajat Dalal, Avinash Mishra, Eisha Singh and Chum Darang.
Karanveer Mehra was previously married twice, with both relationships ending in divorce.
