After threatening reporters over their coverage of Atul Subhash’s suicide yesterday, the Bengaluru techie’s in-laws are reportedly on the run now. They have left their Jaunpur residence to avoid arrest after being named in an FIR by Bengaluru police under sections 108 and 3(5) of the BNS. A video of Subhash’s mother-in-law Nisha Singhania leaving her home late at night on a bike has been doing the rounds on social media. Subhash’s brother-in-law Anurag Singhania also reportedly fled the home.
When a CNN-News18 team visited the home of Subhash’s estranged wife Nikita Singhania in Jaunpur, they found the main door locked. When the team tried to talk to Subhash’s in-laws, their questions were met with silence. They reportedly left their house in the middle of the night fearing arrest.
