Aamir Khan house in Mumbai: Aamir Khan has made a temporary move within Mumbai’s celebrity-packed Bandra West, leasing four luxury apartments in Pali Hill for Rs 24.5 lakh per month. The reason? His own flats at the Virgo Housing Society are undergoing a high-profile redevelopment.

Property registration documents accessed via Zapkey.com show the actor signed a five-year lease, from May 2025 to May 2030, with a lock-in period of 45 months. The agreement includes a security deposit of over Rs 1.46 crore, a stamp duty of Rs 4 lakh, and a registration fee of Rs 2,000. The rent will increase 5% annually.

The redeveloped Virgo complex is expected to feature ultra-premium sea-facing residences priced above Rs 1 lakh per sq ft. Some of the new units are estimated to be worth over Rs 100 crore.

Aamir’s new temporary address, Wilnomona, is just 750 metres from Puja Casa—where Shah Rukh Khan and family are currently living while Mannat gets a revamp.

Bandra West continues to attract Bollywood’s biggest names. Apart from Aamir and Shah Rukh, the neighbourhood is home to stars like Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and Rekha. Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are also expected to move into their new home nearby soon.

On the work front, Aamir recently returned to cinemas with Sitaare Zameen Par, which made over Rs 165 crore in India. Up next, he will portray Dadasaheb Phalke in Rajkumar Hirani’s upcoming biopic and is also producing Lahore 1947, starring Sunny Deol and directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. He’s set to attend the 2025 Indian Film Festival of Melbourne as Chief Guest.

Up next, Aamir khan will be seen in a cameo in Rajnikanth’s Coolie. It follows the story of Deva, a former daily-wage laborer with a dark and mysterious past who emerges from the shadows after decades to avenge a close friend. Rajinikanth plays the titular role in what promises to be a massy yet layered narrative packed with action, suspense, and political undertones.

The film features an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna Akkineni, Upendra Rao, Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir, Reba Monica John and Rachita Ram. The soundtrack and background score are composed by Anirudh Ravichander, adding further buzz to the August 14, 2025 release.
