Amid Kartik Aaryan’s dating rumours with Sreeleela, Nora Fatehi recently took a dig at him at the IIFA Awards. It all started after Karan Johar, who was hosting the show, asked Nora if she would travel to London with Kartik. “Will you go to London with a first-class ticket?” Karan asked.
To this, Nora asked, “Am I going with you?” However, KJo then clarified that he was talking about Kartik Aaryan instead. Karan then asked Nora if she was single, adding, “You told me this last night.” Reacting to this, Nora teased Kartik and took a dig at him. “Koe hai iss industry mein jisko apne date nahi kia (Is there anyone in the industry you haven’t dated?)” she said. However, as everyone’s laughed at Nora’s comment, Kartik said, “She is just asking a question.”

A clip from the event surfaced on social media in which Tiwari was seen asking about her future daughter-in-law’s expectations. Reacting to this, Kartik’s mother revealed that her son’s wife should be a good doctor. “The family’s demand is a very good doctor,” she said. This left everyone wondering if Kartik Aaryan’s mother was sharing a big hint towards her son’s dating rumours with Sreeleela since the South actress is also studying to become a doctor.
Kartik Aaryan’s and Sreeleela’s dating rumours first made headlines earlier this month when the latter was spotted attending the former’s family function. In a video that surfaced on social media, the two actors were seen having a great time at the house party.
Interestingly, Kartik and Sreeleela will soon also be sharing the screen in a yet-to-be-titled film, directed by Anurag Basu. The film will mark their first collaboration ever and is all set to release in theatres on Diwali this year.
