A total of eight teams will take part in the 2025 edition of the ICC Champions Trophy, which is set to be played from February 19 to March 9 across three venues in Pakistan and one in Dubai. Defending champions and hosts Pakistan will start the tournament as favourites to win the title along with world No. 1 ODI team India and six-time ODI World Cup winners Australia. The eight participating teams are divided into two groups of four teams each. While all the Group B matches are scheduled to take place in Pakistan, India’s three Group A matches will be played in Dubai.
Dubai will host the first semi-final on March 4, and the second last four match will be played on March 5 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium. The final is scheduled to take place on March 9, and the venue will depend on India’s qualification for the summit clash. If Men in Blue advance to the title decider, then it will be played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium; otherwise, Gaddafi Stadium will be the host of the grand finale.
