Prime Minister Narendra Modi struck a chord with students across the nation during the much-anticipated eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha. Broadcast on Monday, the interactive session saw the PM sharing valuable insights on a variety of topics, including smart nutrition tips, handling exam pressure like a pro, and the essentials of good leadership.

And now, Deepika Padukone will be seen appearing in the second episode. In the new teaser, the actress is seen opening up about her school days as she interacted with several students. Taking to her Instagram account, the Bollywood superstar shared a clip from the episode. Deepika also thanked PM Narendra Modi for the opportunity.

In the video, Deepika can be seen interacting with several school children. She says, “Main bohot hi naughty bachchi thi. Main humesha sofas pe, tables pe, chair pe chad ke kudna… Kabhi kabhi hum bohot stress ho jaate hain. Jaise main Maths mein bilkul weak thi aur aaj bhi hoon. Jaise Narendra Modi ji ne apne kitaab Exam Warriors mein like hain, ‘Express never suppress.’ (I was a naughty kid at school who used to jump around sofas, tables and chairs. We also get stressed a lot. Like I was so weak in Maths and still am. Narendra Modi had also shared in his book to express, never suppress) So always express yourself whether it is with your friends, family, parents, teachers. Journaling is a great way to express yourself.”

Deepika Padukone got real and relatable during Pariksha Pe Charcha as she opened up about her battle with depression and how she found her way back to happiness. She asked students to reflect on their strengths and write them down. Deepika wished the students all the very best for their exams.

The full episode is set to drop on February 12 at 10 am.
