The message so often preached by health experts to put your phone down and get to bed earlier seems finally to have had an effect: news yesterday revealed that we are turning off our phones 20 minutes earlier at night and picking them up 15 minutes earlier in the morning, compared with four years ago. According to Virgin Media O2, network traffic now drops off from 9.20pm and starts up again at 6.20am.
