From Mahindra Logistics’ rights issue to giants like LIC announcing dividends for their shareholders, here are some stocks that will face corporate actions and record dates this week.

A whole host of companies who had declared bonus issues, share buybacks and announced mega dividends will have their record dates this week. Here is a look at some of them.

Shree Cement | The cement major had declared a final dividend of ₹60 per share and the record date for that has been fixed as Monday, July 21. This means the stock starts trading ex-dividend from today.

Thangamayil Jewellery | The jeweller had announced a final dividend of ₹12.5 per share and that too will start trading ex-dividend from today.

Voltamp Transformers | The company announced its first triple-digit dividend payout of ₹100 per share recently and the record date for that has been fixed as Tuesday, July 22.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC | The asset manager had declared a dividend of ₹24 per share for its shareholders and the record date for that has been fixed as Wednesday, July 23.

Mahindra Logistics | The company has announced raising funds to the tune of ₹750 crore via a rights issue. The rights issue price has been fixed as ₹277 per share. Shareholders will be entitled to three fully paid-up shares for every eight shares that they own as on the record date, which has been fixed as Wednesday, July 23.

Novartis India | The MNC drug manufacturer will also start trading ex-dividend on Wednesday, July 23, when its final dividend of ₹25 per share will take effect.

Pidilite Industries | The company had announced a final dividend of ₹20 per share and the record date for that has been fixed as Wednesday, July 23.

Hero MotoCorp | The two-wheeler manufacturer had announced a final dividend of ₹65 per share and it will start trading ex-dividend from Thursday, July 24.

TCPL Packaging | The company had declared a dividend of ₹30 per share for its shareholders and the record date for that has been fixed as Thursday, July 24.

Similar to last Friday, multiple companies will trade ex-dividend from this Friday as well. Some of them have announced big dividends for shareholders. 3M India is a case in point, where the total dividend payout is ₹635 per share. It trades ex-dividend this Friday. Other companies that will trade ex-dividend from July 25 include, Akzo Nobel (₹30 per share), Divi’s Laboratories (₹30 per share), ICRA (₹60 per share), LIC (₹12 per share), Thyrocare (₹21 per share), Timken India (₹36 per share), and Zydus Life (₹11 per share).
