According to a latest leak, the South Korean smartphone manufacturer will unveil its latest series of foldable devices on July 9. The Galaxy Watch 8 devices will also be unveiled in the same event.
According to a leak by Weibo user Instant Digital (translated from Chinese), Samsung will unveil its first tri-fold smartphone at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event on July 9. It will be alongside Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. The Galaxy Watch 8 series are also expected to be unveiled in the same event.
Even though, Samsung unveils its first tri-fold smartphone or Galaxy G Fold smartphone with Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Fold 7, it will not be available for purchase. For those who are unknown, the company had teased about the Galaxy S25 Edge at its first Galaxy Unpacked event but the sale started in May 2025. The Galaxy tri-fold phone is likely to make its debut in this October, mentioned the tipster.
Apart from the rumoured Samsung Galaxy tri-fold smartphone and the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7, and Galaxy Watch 8 series, we might get some official statement on Android XR headset. The Android XR headset has been codenamed Project Moohan. The company is also working on its new AR glass which might get teased in the event.
