- Will feature tubeless spoke wheels as standard
- Expected to be priced Rs. 30,000 over the 400 X
- Will come with a new yellow paint scheme
Triumph Motorcycles has officially teased the upcoming Scrambler 400 XC in India, hinting at an imminent launch. The new model is expected to hit showrooms later this month and is likely to be priced around Rs. 30,000 more than the standard Scrambler 400 X.

The Triumph Scrambler 400 XC will be a more off-road-focused version of the 400 X. It will come with a few key upgrades, including tubeless cross-spoke wheels, a body-coloured beak fender and visor, and enhanced engine protection in the form of an aluminium sump guard along with upper and lower engine bars. These additions should not only improve its off-road performance but also lend it a more rugged look.
Another highlight is a new bold yellow paint scheme with distinctive speed-block graphics, which will help the Scrambler 400 XC stand out visually. Under the bodywork, the bike will be powered by the same 398cc, liquid-cooled engine as the Scrambler 400 X. This single-cylinder motor produces 39.5bhp and 37.5Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. While the 400 X doesn’t get a quickshifter even as an option, we hope Triumph offers it on the XC to enhance its riding experience.
